Guaranty and assistance with the products
All the jewels presented on the Fedine.net catalogue are made of gold 750 thousandth, thus in other words, 18 carat gold. The diamonds set on the jewels are VS purity and G/H colour. Any other diamond quality will be punctually specified.
In order to avoid an excessive cost of the finished product, the set diamonds are not guaranteed by the big laboratories of gemmology (GIA, HRD, IGI…).
However, each jewel is accompanied by a Fedine.net certificate that guarantees their authenticity and principal characteristics.
Prior to every delivery, each jewel is submitted to a meticulous quality control. However, in the eventuality of a manufacture default, Fedine.net guarantees the jewel during two year as from the date of purchase.
An estimation can be requested on line for any repairs due to inappropriate use or due to normal wearing effect of the jewel.
Prices
The prices of the on-line catalogue products of Fedine.net are indicated all taxes and delivery costs included.
It is not Fedine.net’s politic to bargain over the prices by making the client believe in doubtful or extravagant discounts.
The price indicated in the catalogue is the best price Fedine.net can propose for the jewel: taking into account the quality of the stone, the price of the gold and the cost of the manufacture.
Fedine.net is a virtual jewellery which serves as a link between the manufacturer and the buyer, thus eliminating all the intermediary passages. The prices you find in our website are in Euros. If the product destination is Italy or another country of the European Community, in your shopping cart only the delivery freights will be shown, since prices are already VAT included (20%). Also if the product destination is outside the European Community we will charge only the delivery freights, while fees and possible customs duties will be at your expense, when the goods reach your country. You can in any case know the total amount of the delivery freights just sending a message to our e-mail address info@fedine.net The goods travel with 100% goods value insurance coverage.

Following the European regulations related to purchases by correspondence, the clients of Fedine.net benefit of the guaranty «satisfied or reimbursed».
This right to retraction can be claimed within a deadline of 14 days as from the reception of the parcel.
The client who wishes to claim its right to retraction will have to send an e-mail before the end of the 10 days time limit to the following e-mail address: info@fedine.net
No justification is needed to claim ones right to withdrawal.
The client will just have to inform Fedine.net of its intention to render the jewel and specify the number of the order along with the references of the product. Fedine.net will then authorise that the product be sent back.

Fedine.net pulls your attention to the fact that the costs for delivery are to be taken in charge by the client.
